Job Summary
HR Generalist & HRIS Analyst role based in Waltham, MA with hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities span HR generalist duties (employee lifecycle changes, employee relations, data pulls, payroll support, compliance) and HRIS administration (Darwinbox implementation, data integrity, system integrations, dashboards, analytics, SOPs). Requires Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years HR experience with HRIS exposure; hands-on HRIS configuration, reporting, and governance experience; strong Excel/metrics skills; ability to work 4 days per week in the office. Opportunity to evolve from generalist work to HRIS administration as Darwinbox goes live; cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, Finance, IT, and Payroll.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–7 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Operations, People Operations, or HRIS-focused role with meaningful exposure to both
- Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform including configuration, workflows, and reporting
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and general HR programs
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and compliance requirements across multiple states
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience building and analyzing workforce metrics and dashboards
- Must be able to work 4 days a week from our office in Waltham, MA.
