Job Summary
Partner with Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, HR policies, and day-to-day people matters. Support recruiting strategies, monitor metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness. Assist with investigations, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development while developing strategic HR business partnership skills. Build relationships with operational leaders through regular communication and occasional field visits. Analyze workforce trends to share insights that improve employee engagement and business results. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 1–3 years of HR experience
