Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns, supporting routine workplace investigations and partner with supervisors on progressive discipline delivery. Own day-to-day recruiting coordination for assigned requisitions, including posting positions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication alongside pre-employment steps. Administer leave, workers' compensation, and compliance tracking while maintaining accurate, confidential employee records in accordance with policy. Support hourly workforce planning and development in close collaboration with the operations team, and assist with the administration of the Performance & Growth Review process. Move throughout plant areas for engagement purposes and take on other duties as assigned in support of a small, cross-trained HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a related HR or business role
- Fluent in Microsoft Office

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related experience
