Job Summary
HR Generalist role supporting the Americas, acting as the go-to for employees and managers across the region, and aligning HR practices with business strategy. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for employee relations and engagement, partnering with managers to resolve relations matters and conduct investigations, driving engagement initiatives using data insights, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and PEO policies, owning HR reporting and analytics (ACA, EEOC, CA Pay Data), developing and updating handbooks and policies, overseeing the full employee lifecycle in HR systems, supporting remuneration cycles, performance reviews, and engagement surveys, coordinating benefits programs and open enrollment across the US and Canada, and managing various leave requests (FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Comp) while serving as the key contact for PEO services related to HR, benefits, training, and compliance. A degree in HR/Business is required with at least 5 years HR experience; this is a full-time, on-site position based in South Carolina.”,
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with proven strength in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with fluency in English
