Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding while acting as the first line of defense in our safer recruitment policy to ensure the highest child protection standards. Identify training needs, manage development budgets, and coordinate professional growth opportunities for our diverse staff. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace through employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, promoting compliance with employment laws and school policies. Coordinate the annual performance management cycle and oversee personnel administration to ensure accurate, compliant employee records. Partner with the HR Manager on strategic initiatives and deliver continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a minimum of three years of progressive experience in an end-to-end HR Generalist capacity within an international school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an end-to-end HR Generalist role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- High integrity
- Adaptability
- Ability to seamlessly shift between different HR priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the students
