Job Summary
HR Generalist role to support and strengthen people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, policy interpretation, and immigration processes. Partner with HR Business Partners, payroll, finance, legal, and broader People team to ensure compliant, scalable HR programs and documentation, benefits administration, HR systems hygiene, and cross-functional coordination. Drive process improvements, contribute to a positive employee experience, and support immigration-related activities in a fast-moving environment. Location-based hybrid work in Mountain View or San Francisco; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of programs and employee support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Broad HR Generalist experience across people operations, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and support
- Proficient familiarity with immigration support
