Job Summary
HR Generalist to manage end-to-end people operations across onboarding, changes, offboarding, benefits questions, leave administration, and policy interpretation; partner with HRBPs, payroll, finance, legal, and business leaders to support core HR programs, immigration, employee relations, and compliance; improve core HR processes and documentation for scalability and employee-friendliness; coordinate benefits administration, HR systems hygiene, and external vendor relations; contribute to a high-quality employee experience and scalable HR practices across a hybrid (Mountain View or San Francisco) workforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Broad HR Generalist experience across people operations, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and support
- Proficient familiarity with immigration support
