Job Summary
HR Generalist supporting HR and recruitment administration; responsible for day-to-day HR queries, ER-process admin, absence tracking, onboarding of new starters, and pre-employment checks, including airside clearances. Uses Workday for HR records and reporting, provides HR management information to the Senior HRBP, and supports the Recruitment Specialist during high-volume hiring periods. Ideal candidate will have some HR and recruitment admin experience, be organised and accurate, and be keen to advance CIPD qualifications with support for CIPD study; offers mentorship from a Senior HRBP and exposure across HR and recruitment from day one.
