Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and strong organizational skills, becoming a key point of contact for employees and supporting HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of full-time experience beyond internship placement in HR administration, HR coordination, or junior HR generalist roles
- Knowledge of French labour law is highly advantageous
- Ability to work in France without the requirement of company sponsorship
- Experience of working in a complex, matrixed international business environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS) is a plus
- French speaker with good business English; additional languages are an advantage
