Job Summary
HR Generalist to manage on-site HR operations across two facilities (Pennsylvania and Roanoke, TX), serve as the primary HR contact for supervisors, hourly employees, and temp staff, lead recruiting for the PA warehouse opening, oversee full-cycle onboarding, payroll, and HRIS, handle employee relations and investigations, conduct offboarding and exit interviews, maintain documentation, and deliver quarterly compensation analysis for both sites; travel quarterly to Roanoke to maintain presence and compliance; must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable shaping HR processes in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Hands-on full generalist HR function experience (employee relations, performance documentation, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compliance)
- Recruiting for hourly and supervisory roles
- Proficient with HR tools (HRIS, E-Verify, Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strong judgment
- Ability to build processes from scratch
- Willingness to travel to Roanoke quarterly
- On-site HR presence across two facilities (PA and Roanoke, TX)
