HR Generalist

Job Summary
HR Generalist to support LATAM (Chile, Mexico, Colombia) with a focus on recruitment, HRIS management (BambooHR), and global HR programs. Part-time (3 days/week) with potential to move to full-time. Responsible for employee relations, data management and reporting, compensation/benefits administration, onboarding, and cross-country HR support. Remote role with occasional travel to the region; reports to the Director of Global HR in Canada. Requires 3-5 years HR Generalist experience, strong communication and data accuracy, and English proficiency with Spanish/Portuguese a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years (minimum) of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multi-national organization or managing multiple countries
- Previous experience managing an HRIS, preferably BambooHR
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a positive manner with team members utilizing tact, diplomacy and compromise
- Demonstrated superior organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- English mandatory, knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus
