HR Generalist | Employee Relations, Recruiting & Leave Administration

Job Summary
Recruit top talent across the organization, coordinate onboarding, and facilitate new hire orientation. Manage employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, TDI, and ADA accommodations, while conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations matters. Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, process employee changes, maintain records, and ensure compliance. Support benefits administration, audits, and HR projects while partnering with operational leaders to keep HR moving. This role requires 3+ years of HR experience and full-time commitment. Premier Restoration Hawaii restores homes and businesses after fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding
- Experience administering leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, TDI, etc.)
- Experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience supporting construction, restoration, field operations, or multi-site businesses
