HR Generalist

Job Summary
Manages employee relations programs, benefits administration, payroll processing, time and attendance, and HR compliance; administers HRIS, 5500s, COBRA, and benefits including medical, prescription, dental, life, short/long-term disability, and related records. Supports employment matters including hiring and new hire orientations, Affirmative Action, and compliance across ECG facilities. Coordinates wellness fairs, random drug testing, and other HR events; maintains confidential HR records; assists with Workers’ Compensation and Safety Programs; requires regional travel. Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years HR experience preferred; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience
