Job Summary
Support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and offboarding. Manage the global payroll process via Rippling, owning data, approvals, reconciliations, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with local requirements. Serve as the primary HRIS administrator and subject-matter expert, maintaining employee data, organizational structures, security, and system integrity. Design, maintain, and optimize HRIS workflows and automated processes to improve efficiency and strengthen controls. Develop HR materials, communications, and process documentation while supporting benefits administration, open-enrollment reporting, and workforce planning analytics. Provide monthly Worker's Compensation reporting and support annual Form 5500 audits. Maintain accurate, compliant employee records and stay current with employment, payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation requirements across operating jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
- Broad working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and core HR practices
- Proven experience in managing payroll process and payroll compliance with a strong understanding of payroll inputs and processing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy when handling sensitive employee, payroll and HR information
- Excellent written an verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and managers
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to develop training & development programs that enhance employee skills and engagement
