Job Summary
On-site HR Generalist in Hazleton, PA supporting daily HR operations. Responsible for coordinating full onboarding, administering employee benefits, reconciling benefits billing, and preparing HR reports. Also handles HR project administration and provides front-line employee relations support to managers and staff, balancing administrative duties with employee-facing interactions in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organization, independent work ethic, confidentiality, and a customer-service mindset, with additional emphasis on HRIS data integrity and coordination with benefit vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, operations, or HR support capacity
- Experience with onboarding, employee benefits administration, and HR reporting
- Experience reconciling benefits billing and working with vendors
- Experience with HRIS and data reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service aptitude and employee support skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Desired Qualifications
