Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Solid understanding of employment and labor laws, including disciplinary procedures
