HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with managers and leadership to provide strategic HR guidance aligned with organizational goals, analyzing workforce metrics to identify opportunities and support business decisions. Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives while managing complex employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and coaching managers on performance management and corrective actions. Develop and communicate HR policies, coordinate safety initiatives, and support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding. Facilitate regular meetings with department leaders to review workforce initiatives and address organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or supporting field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Strong working knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with leadership in a strategic HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist capacity.
- Experience supporting organizational change, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
- Experience presenting workforce data and recommendations to leadership.
