Job Summary
HR Generalist position supporting Bridgestone West with broad generalist responsibilities across HR policy development, onboarding, employee relations (including labor relations), rewards coordination, relocation and immigration services, and HR training. Responsibilities include leading large projects, coaching and delegating to staff, developing operational plans, identifying improvement opportunities and automation, and maintaining strong internal/external stakeholder relationships. The role involves contributing to HRIS activities and applying detailed analyses to drive improvements. Requires extensive HR experience and relevant degrees, with a global, diverse team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of related HR experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
