Job Summary
HR Generalist overseeing recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, employee relations, and compliance across regions including non-U.S. locations; partners with Director HRBP/International HR; supports relocation/visa processes, cross-cultural training, performance management, and employee engagement to ensure a positive employee experience in Taipei, Taiwan. Responsibilities span job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, regional compensation discussions, benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans), and ensuring compliance with local labor laws across jurisdictions. Works with HR teams to share best practices and align global HR strategies with local needs; maintains HR documentation and reports on HR metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, communication, or closely related field is strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of solid, relevant human resources generalist experience
- Experience managing a full employee lifecycle and owning a positive employee experience
