HR Generalist

Administer HR policies and procedures, including drug screening and background checks, while monitoring performance reviews and leave records to ensure compliance. Conduct recruitment efforts through Paylocity, manage new hire onboarding, and assist in developing employee handbooks. Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, worker's compensation, and FMLA/STD cases. Schedule annual training on HIPAA, cybersecurity, and safety initiatives, and lead company wellness and safety programs. Maintain all HR records and update standard operating procedures annually.
