Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for day-to-day administrative support across multiple sites, executing full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, conducting new hire orientation and onboarding, and maintaining accuracy of employee data in HRIS and SharePoint. Tasks include background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, onboarding documentation, HRIS administration (badge numbers, temporary conversions, personnel transitions), benefits coordination, attendance tracking via Paylocity, handling employee inquiries, coordinating with agencies for temporary personnel, completing 30-60-90 Day evaluations, producing monthly HR reports, training program administration, career development and tuition reimbursement support, OSHA incident recording and safety promotion, and contributing to production-close procedures and purchasing support as part of HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Human Resources from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in field of Human Resources
- PHR or CPHR certifications preferred
