Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for applying HR knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance, employee relations, and comprehensive HR support within a manufacturing facility. Leads Talent Acquisition, onboarding, training and development for hourly workforce; administers benefits, leaves management, payroll aspects, and HR policy interpretation. Acts as business partner to operations leadership, provides coaching to supervisors on staffing, performance management, attendance, and employee relations; ensures consistent application of HR practices and compliance with employment laws. Focus areas include recruitment, talent development, policy development, workforce planning, onboarding for hourly workers, and managing HRIS data and reporting. Requires collaboration with factory leadership, strong communication, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for Spanish-language capability in some US locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
