Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll support for INEOS Oxide. Partners with site leadership to drive HR deliverables, communicates policies, and coaches employees. Maintains job descriptions, administers annual salary/merit processes, and supports wellness and benefits programs. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills; proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Power BI is desirable). Must understand COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA; E-Verify participation is required for new hires. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR or equivalent, plus minimum 5 years HR experience is expected; PHR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred. Safety, compliance, payroll accuracy, and timely HR communications are key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources or similar degree; equivalent, additional relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
