Job Summary
HR Generalist role in Abu Dhabi, UAE for Arabic-speaking candidate. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices, supporting HSE initiatives, administering compensation and benefits, assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment, developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, onboarding new hires, handling employment contracts, payroll liaison, leave management, maintaining employee records in SAP/Workday, and coordinating with Global Mobility/HSE. Build relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies, handle workplace incident investigations, and contribute to staffing, training and development. Requires 6+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Middle East HR practices, and strong communication skills; experience with SAP/Workday and modern HR technology. Job is based in Abu Dhabi with on-site presence; KBR emphasizes ethical standards and ESG principles.
