Job Summary
Act as the primary HR advisor for New Zealand and Australia, resolving workplace grievances and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Serve as the local recruiter for open positions in the Philippines while coordinating key roles with the APAC HR group, handling job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Oversee HR operations including HRIS, time and attendance, payroll, and recruiting systems, and manage third-party supplier invoices for HR, benefits, recruitment, and fleet management. Conduct employee training on code of conduct and anti-bribery policies. This full-time, on-site role supports the Sensient New Zealand and Australia business unit within the Asia-Pacific Group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or a Business related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources role
- Increasing level of responsibility in a manufacturing environment
- A 'can-do' attitude and servant leadership mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and across different cultures
- Excellent knowledge or ability to learn the local employment regulations
- Ability to work full-time on-site in an office and manufacturing environment
- Authorized to work in New Zealand without the need for employment visa sponsorship
