Job Summary

Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, investigations, organizational changes, and HR best practices. Build strong relationships with associates while serving as a trusted resource for HR-related questions, proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention. Manage employee leave of absence processes, conduct new hire orientations, facilitate HR training sessions, and maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS. Support benefits administration, perform compliance audits, assist with HR reporting and analysis, and collaborate on talent management and workforce planning initiatives. Contribute to policy development and annual HR projects including merit planning and engagement programs. This role supports a high-performance culture with no supervisory responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Experience partnering with managers to provide practical HR guidance and resolve employee relations matters
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and recommend practical business-focused solutions
  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with HRIS platforms

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, or multi-site environment is preferred
  • Experience supporting employee relations investigations and performance management
  • Experience administering leave of absence and employee benefits
  • Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and compliance activities
  • Exposure to talent management, organizational development, or employee engagement initiatives
