Job Summary
HR Generalist with responsibility for employee relations, investigations, and interpretation of labor agreements; partners with management on policy interpretation, discipline, performance, and terminations; administers benefits programs, onboarding, Open Enrollment, and leave of absence programs; conducts exit interviews; contributes to development and execution of HR programs and policies; coordinates recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions; builds strong partnerships across the organization; supports annual performance reviews and HR life-cycle activities; requires 5+ years generalist experience with emphasis on Employee Relations, full cycle recruitment, and bilingual English/Spanish; manufacturing experience and UKG knowledge are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Five+ years of generalist experience with emphasis on Employee Relations
- Must have full cycle recruitment experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
