HR Generalist

Manage all human resource functions for the assigned location, including recruitment, new hire processing, benefits enrollment, and worker's compensation. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations to ensure policies, procedures, and records are in compliance. Create and maintain a recruiting network to generate qualified applicants, conduct interviews, manage background verification, and make hiring decisions for the station. Plan and conduct new employee orientation, respond to inquiries regarding policies, and maintain local personnel files while auditing records for regulatory compliance. Become the authorized signatory for badging applications and serve as the primary point of contact for airport badging offices and regulatory agencies. Conduct wage and benefits surveys, research airport authorities for special regulatory requirements, and interact with employee groups to identify recruitment and retention issues.
