Job Summary
HR Generalist to administer recruitment, onboarding, maintain employee records and HR databases, ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee relations, implement HR policies, develop engagement initiatives and training programs, conduct exit interviews, and collaborate with management on workforce planning and talent management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
