Job Summary
Temporary HR Generalist/Administrative Support role supporting the CHRO in a fast-paced association environment. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and HRIS data integrity; provides executive support, calendar coordination, and documentation preparation; collaborates with senior leadership on HR initiatives and special projects; requires strong knowledge of HR principles, confidentiality, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities; hybrid work arrangement in Washington, DC (onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of direct progressive HR generalist experience required
