Job Summary
HR Generalist, Manufacturing role focused on frontline employee support, payroll/benefits policies, onboarding, performance management, promotions, and safety, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Partners with manufacturing leaders to reinforce consistent people practices, identifies workflow gaps, and improves systems and employee experience. Requires 2+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing or frontline environments, experience with HR policies, pay practices, benefits, compliance basics, and an HRIS; bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience in manufacturing, operations, or frontline environments
- Working knowledge of HR policies, pay practices, benefits, and compliance basics
- Experience using an HRIS and comfort operating in a fast-paced growth environment
- High accountability, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish is a plus
