Job Summary
HR Generalist (50%) at Optotune Switzerland AG in Dietikon, Switzerland, focused on owning the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR process digitalisation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (University or FH)
- Minimum 3–5 years of broad HR experience
- Good knowledge of Swiss employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
- Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial working style with a hands-on mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Passion for improving HR effectiveness through digitalisation, process optimisation, and a strong employee experience focus
- Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of English and German
