Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for field positions from application through onboarding, including reviewing applications, screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Post job advertisements across multiple platforms, source candidates through job boards and community partnerships, and proactively build talent pipelines. Plan and attend hiring events, represent Clean Scapes professionally with workforce partners and schools, and coordinate pre-employment activities like background checks and orientation. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, track recruiting metrics, and prepare offer letters while collaborating closely with hiring managers to support staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Willingness to travel locally to hiring events and Clean Scapes locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, landscaping, or field operations is a plus
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment is preferred
