Job Summary
Partner with business teams to implement and administer HR programs covering talent management, employee relations, performance management, and retention. Serve as the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries, providing counsel on company policy interpretation and assisting with routine coaching. Execute broad professional responsibilities including onboarding, benefits management, complaint investigations, and HRIS administration. Collaborate with HR functions to lead onboarding for new hires, create performance plans, and conduct necessary workplace investigations. Support HRBPs with data gathering, reporting, and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 2-4 years of previous HR experience working in an HR business partner environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Experience in progressive HR project work
- Experience in administration
- Experience in performance management
- Experience in benefits management
- Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization
- High standards of ethical behavior, confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity
- Skillful in listening and ascertaining the needs and concerns of people
- Skillful in communicating information concerning processes, policies, and procedures with accuracy and clarity
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to analyze data
