HR GBS Specialist, Talent, Learning & Reporting (Asia)

Job Summary
Manage Learning Administration, Performance Management, and Succession Planning processes for the Asia region within the H2R Shared Business Services organization. Own operational documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and Knowledge Articles while maintaining data quality and reporting integrity across Workday. Coordinate training enrollments, calibration sessions, and talent reviews to ensure consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle. Monitor SLA achievement, review process KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify activities and eliminate manual work. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to support annual HR cycles and resolve operational cases.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Global Business Services experience
- Experience supporting Learning Administration and Performance Management within a multinational environment
- Experience working with annual HR cycles
- Experience using Workday or comparable HCM platforms
- Experience maintaining HR operational documentation and process standards
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and deliver excellent customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a Shared Services environment is highly desirable
- Professional HR certifications considered an advantage
- Mandarin is an advantage
