Job Summary
Maintain confidential personnel files and input data into the HR database to ensure accurate, timely records. Manage recruitment processes by organizing inductions for new staff, issuing contracts and job offers, and completing leaver actions. Coordinate training activities, draft timetables, and liaise with providers while handling absence management and sickness reporting. Cover the HR inbox, take notes during disciplinary and grievance hearings, and prepare monthly wage information for accounts. Support day-to-day operations by managing IT tasks, coordinating meetings and events, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, handling fleet management, and producing weekly and monthly reports. Requires 6 months to 1 year HR experience, strong Excel skills, and Spanish proficiency.
