Job Summary
Manage recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs by creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing hiring processes. Lead strategic decisions to hire, develop, and retain qualified employees while reporting to the HR Manager. You must possess an extensive background in Human Resources, thorough knowledge of labor legislation, and experience with full-cycle recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Human Resources Management Systems. This role requires proven leadership abilities, solid communication skills, and a BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
