Job Summary
Lead all recruitment matters including managing manpower planning, recruitment budgets, and processes across various business units. Facilitate the onboarding process and prepare salary proposals to ensure compensation equity. Develop and review HR policies relating to employment and recruitment. Requires a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management with at least three years of experience handling executive-level recruitment. Required Qualifications
