Job Summary
HR Executive to manage onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, HRMS updates, employee support, attendance and leave management, and day-to-day HR operations in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include onboarding & induction coordination; employee documentation & HR records management; HRMS updates and lifecycle management; attendance, leave, and exit formalities; employee query resolution and stakeholder coordination; HR reporting, compliance support, and ad-hoc HR activities. Required: 2–4 years of HR Operations/HR Generalist experience; strong onboarding knowledge; good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills; corporate HR experience preferred.
