Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications while coordinating the selection and offer process. Manage candidate databases, maintain accurate records, and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Support other HR functions including employee onboarding, engagement activities, and administrative tasks. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 0-1 year of experience. Located in Mogappair West, Chennai, with a 9AM to 6PM schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
