Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within a star-class hotel or resort
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions, particularly in a hospitality or resort setting
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and perform well under pressure
- Ability to converse fluently in Tamil
