Job Summary
Provide HR business partnering support from an operational and strategic perspective, partnering with business leaders and line managers to design, implement, and improve HR solutions and processes. Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters (maternity, conflicts, departures), monitor people performance and HR data, and deliver insights to leaders. Lead recruitment and talent development efforts, manage secondments and mobility, support engagement and communications, advise on performance and reward, and ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity. Contribute to DE&I initiatives, partner with HR and business teams to promote an inclusive culture, and drive continuous improvement through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across the HR function in a global law firm environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with business or HR qualifications
- Work experience of 3-4 years in a similar HR role
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of commercial realities of an international modern law firm
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to build credibility with stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously within a demanding environment; high integrity and confidentiality
