HR Executive (6months fixed term contract)

Job Summary
HR Executive for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London (hybrid), supporting UK & European HR operations. Responsibilities include end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, terminations, benefits), handling inquiries via HRIS/ticketing systems, producing staff movement/payroll reports, administering benefits, monitoring visa expiry and right-to-work compliance, supporting HR business partner documentation, processing HR invoices and costs, assisting with HR projects, and maintaining legal/regulatory HR knowledge and reporting. Key skills include CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent), 3+ years HR experience, MS Office proficiency, familiarity with HRIS, strong interpersonal/communication abilities, and French language skills (advantage). The role interacts with multiple European countries and requires a resilient team-player mindset in a fast-paced, virtual-team environment. No visa sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 or similar experience
- At least 3 years’ relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with HRIS system is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is an advantage
