Job Summary
Manage complex employee relations matters across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to balance risk, pragmatism, and commercial insight. Shape ER frameworks, processes, and tools while collaborating with HR Business Partners to support organisational change and the delivery of the People & Talent strategy. Provide proactive, commercially focused support that influences stakeholders and fosters a fair, inclusive, and high-performing culture. This role requires a strong track record of end-to-end ER case management, including high-risk matters, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting. The position is based in Birmingham with a hybrid working arrangement.
