Job Summary
Senior HR operations role focused on HR Employee Services with ownership of Workday administration, HRIS, analytics, and compliance. Drives data integrity, policy governance, and cross-functional process improvements across the full employee lifecycle. Performs senior-level reporting, dashboards, and regulatory oversight; partners with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure alignment and accurate data. Requires deep Workday HCM experience, ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights, and strong communication across all levels of the organization. Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR and experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) are preferred. Proficiency in HR systems and analytics, with a disciplined approach to documentation (SOPs, QRGs) and policy updates.
