Job Summary
Conduct investigations and resolve complaints by working with managers and employees to monitor situations and provide objective coaching for corrective actions. Support consistent policy interpretation, guide managers through disciplinary or performance-related issues, and facilitate the involuntary exit process including exit interviews. Recommend appropriate programs for specific employee situations and provide consultative support throughout the investigation process. Requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, five years of employee relations experience, and knowledge of EEOC claims handling. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- A high level of energy & a positive attitude
- A minimum of five years of employee relations experience
- Knowledge of and experience conducting workplace investigations and responding to EEOC claims
- Sensitivity in working with confidential information
- Proven teamwork capabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills
