Job Summary
Senior HR Director on-site for a large-scale Canadian manufacturing facility and supporting U.S. reporting to Corporate HR; lead HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent development across Canadian Supply Chain Operations while partnering with plant leadership and a 10-person HR team. Emphasizes a people-first culture, matrix-led governance, change management, data-driven decision making, and alignment of HR initiatives with business goals; bilingual English/French required; responsibilities include workforce planning, policy implementation, leadership development, and ongoing collaboration with corporate HR to shape policy and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in HR leadership roles
- Experience in Global Matrix led CPG Manufacturing
- Bilingual in French & English
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos)
- Strategic HR mindset
- Leadership of HR teams and cross-functional manufacturing leadership
- Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making abilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Canadian Labor Law (as indicated)
