Job Summary
Partner with the team to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives while serving as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational design. Directly supervise and develop a People & Culture team by setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular 1:1s, and delivering annual performance reviews. Oversee full-cycle recruiting strategy, lead workforce planning efforts, and manage employee retention initiatives including engagement surveys. Serve as a resource for complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Partner with finance on budgeting for HR-related expenses, oversee benefits administration, and maintain internal policies and processes. Execute internal communications to support company culture and professional development across the organization. This role requires approximately 10% travel for in-person meetings, is located remotely in the US, and reports to the Vice President, People & Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with human resources concentration or similar discipline
- At least seven years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to effectively lead multiple projects and job-related tasks concurrently
- Experience creating and developing processes
- Must be physically located in the US
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Required travel of around 10%

Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
- Experience with HRIS administration
