Job Summary
Manage personnel records, reviews, and policy compliance while resolving staff issues with wisdom and care. Lead training, Member Care, and staff events, and support recruitment efforts alongside the Mobilization team. Collaborate with leadership on salaries and benefits to cultivate a thriving work environment where the team is equipped to advance the gospel. This full-time, onsite role in Elkhart, Indiana requires a follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for missions and knowledge of employment law. HR certification is preferred.
