Job Summary
Director of Human Resources responsible for aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives, driving HR KPIs, strategic talent development, and executive-level HR leadership. Leads HR operations, labor compliance (including Haiti and the Dominican Republic), talent acquisition and workforce management, employee development, compensation/payroll, and reporting. Requires 15+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership across multiple HR disciplines; office-based role in Tamboril, Dominican Republic; Spanish/English/French, Haitian Creole language skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; master’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline preferred.
